Department
Our Order Execution department is key to the performance of the Company, managing revenue and profit for the organization, while striving to service our customers in a manner they want to be served.
Your responsibilities

Manage customer purchase orders from hand-over, to cash-in-Bank, within the prescribed SOP’s - Collaborate with other departments to support the job requirements, e.g. Proposals, Engineering, Procurement, Expediting, Logistics, Finance, Quality, Cost Control
- Manage the budget and strive to improve margins
- Manage all aspects of the job to improve delivery lead times
- Expedite payment from customers
- Grade 12, relevant tertiary qualification, Project Management and or Technical (Mechanical Engineering) qualification would be advantageous
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, in English
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships on all levels with customers, as well as with peers
- Ability to cope with large work volume in a high-pace corporate environment
- Experience in OEM customer aftermarket service
- Strong focus on detail
- Record of successfully managing similar work
